DAY 1 ARRIVE DRESDEN, GERMANY: The day begins with a sightseeing tour of Dresden. The fact that that Dresden is today famous for its music is in no small part thanks to Richard Wagner and Johann Sebastian Bach. Discover Dresden’s musical spirit and enjoy the tour with information about Johann Sebastian Bach (1685-1750) and Richard Wagner (1813-1883). Time to explore the city. If possible enjoy a classical concert at the Semper Opera in Dresden (not included). Overnight in Dresden. Hotel Name: Hilton Dresden.
DAY 2 DRESDEN / LEIPZIG: After breakfast you travel to Leipzig. Visit the Leipzig, the birthplace of Richard Wagner, the statue of Johann Sebastian Bach and St. Thomas Church, where Bach worked as cantor and where Richard Wagner was baptized. Time to explore the city. Overnight in Leipzig.

DAY 3 LEIPZIG / EISENACH / WEIMAR: In the morning you’ll visit the birthplace (Bachhaus) and other landmarks of Johann Sebastian Bach in Einsenach. Then visit the Wartburg, well known in Richard Wagner’s opera “Tannhäuser”. Continue to Weimar and visit the places where Johann Sebastian Bach once worked. Overnight in Weimar.

DAY 4 WEIMAR / BAYREUTH / BONN: After breakfast travel to Bayreuth and visit the famous theater “Bayreuther Festspielhaus”, famous for the annual Richard Wagner opera performance. In the afternoon you travel to Bonn, the birthplace of the brilliant composer Ludwig van Beethoven (1770-1827). Overnight in Bonn.

DAY 5 BONN: Enjoy a sightseeing tour. Visit the most important landmarks of the life of Ludwig van Beethoven, including the house where he was born, Martins Square with the Münster School, Münsterplatz with the Beethoven Monument and the Beethoven Hall. Time to explore the city. Overnight in Bonn.

DAY 6 BONN / USA: After breakfast transfer to the Bonn/Cologne airport or to the Frankfurt airport. (B)
